Welcome to Write M.A.G.I.C

Having the dedication to write on a daily basis can be a tough one for many people. Intrinsic motivation sounds good on paper, but why not get an extra boost from a fantastic community? Write M.A.G.I.C. offers monthly fun activities – like themed writing camps, Write-a-thons, #PitchPractice, workshops, masterclasses, reading groups, Sunday Chats – all built around the idea of motivating our writers to be the best storytellers they can be.

We put a positive spin on accountability. We offer more than 60 writing sprints per week, including on Saturdays and Sundays. Our themed camps (every other month) are a fun way to set and reach goals or to relax and commune with fellow writers. Past camps have included: Back to School Camps (Trunchbull, Sweet Valley High, etc.), Circus Camps, Dragon camps and more.

Whether you’re a pantser or a plotter, setting goals for your writing (and yourself) can help you achieve more. We offer quarterly goal setting sessions free of charge to all members. You will learn the importance of setting reasonable and achievable goals and how to move from doing what others want you to do to what you want to do. Write the story you want to write!

At Write M.A.G.I.C we are a 460+ strong collective of like-minded individuals with the same goal – getting words onto the page. But we’re more than writers; we are storytellers. We come from all different walks of life with varied experiences from award-winning authors to fledgling Quillers. The richness of our members and their dedication to the art of writing makes our group special. Writing doesn’t have to be lonely.
